About Founder Colleen Mathis
A veteran of over a decade in the PR and Marketing world, Colleen Mathis got her start with the best and brightest at Donna Karan and some of the biggest names in beauty and fine jewelry. A journalism graduate, Colleen has honed her journalism skills to know exactly what editors and producers are looking for and most importantly, WHEN they are looking for it. PR strategy, logistics, event planning, influencer relations, budget management and most importantly pitching are some Colleen’s specialties. Having in-depth relationships with some of the media’s high trafficked websites, magazines and influencers has helped make absolute R relations one of the leading PR agency’s in NYC.
Colleen truly loves what she does and has had the -opportunity to work with large, big budget brands, such as P&G, as well as up-and-coming niche brands just getting their foot in door. From Febreze to diamonds and $50 lip gloss, Colleen has pitched it all…with great results. When Colleen isn’t working hard she is spending time with her husband and baby Roro or trying to squeeze in an at-home SoulCycle class.

Ashely’s passion for beauty and public relations makes her an asset and a vital part of the ARR team! Obtaining top-tier placements in Allure, The ZOE Report, Sweetyhigh, and working with some of the top influencers on social media are just some of the skills PR and social media maven specializes in. This beauty gal manages all that is press-worthy here at ARR. When she isn’t pitching the clients, reading about the latest and greatest news in beauty or coordinating a ZOOM event for a client, you can find her catching up on all that is reality TV.
Anna Garcia -Social Media and PR Account Coordinator
A born and bred New Yorker, Anna Garcia has taken her love for beauty and skincare and has brought it to the start of her career. As a recent graduate of University of Wisconsin-Madison, she will bring her skills in communication and digital studies to the team of absolute R relations. Her introduction to PR began while working as a Social Media Manager in London, an experience that has helped her foster relationships with influencers and has become the foundation of her PR strategy. When she is not working, you can find Anna trying new and fun makeup looks while rewatching New Girl.
